Ritual sacrifice in politics: we say never again!

It is a bitter truth that some Sierra Leone politicians of yester years actually engaged themselves in acts of ritual sacrifice to the extent that some were caught red-handed in the act; others were even jailed after being tried and found guilty of engaging in such satanic acts; others still could not be caught in the act even though the suspicion about their involvement in ritual sacrifice enveloped them like a blanket. In other words, nothing tangible to convict them was found and they remained innocent as far as they were concerned.

Lion Mountain citizens, I greet you. Today is the ninth session in the Ariogbo Inquest. A total of six accused persons have testified so far, with the latest being Lans Ferdinand. At the last hearing, Judge Gaddafi acquitted and discharged Lans Ferdinand, following a very brilliant testimony of the accused person. Judge Gadaffi also rendered a curse on the former West Side boys for all the woes they subject Lion Mountain citizens to.

The crime of the ‘Ariogbo’ journalist was for publishing hard facts in the Lion Mountain.

State House Jordan Canoe nearly kills ‘Okada’ rider

Who says Jordan Canoe regretted his action when it was peacefully brought to his attention that the tire of his jeep right on top of the Okada? The man merely activated his arrogant action and started lambasting the Okada Rider. Are you surprised? You are not supposed to because congosa journalists have been telling you that all what this man knows best is Hooliganism.

SLPP Councilor detained

Mohamed Kanu-Mansaray and crew were arrested over the weekend in a jeep with registration number AFQ 968 by police attached in Masiaka. Inside the jeep was a victim that was reportedly kidnapped in the Moyamba District, seriously tortured, and driven past several police stations and checkpoints, while the perpetrators were heading to an unknown destination.

The explanation so far given by suspects is least convincing and the likelihood for them to be charged to court is imminent.

SLBC Boss clarifies employment procedures

“The two administrative assistants that I inherited in this office are decent women above the age of 60,” he stated, while referring to the allegation as malicious and indecent.

He further waved off allegations that the SLBC was embarked on replacing professionals with incompetent family members and girl friends.

“Employment in the SLBC is strictly based on qualifications and experience, nothing else,” Hallowell noted.

Bank Governor outlines major successes and challenges
