The organisation called Media Alliance on Development Issues (MADI) was borne out of the burning desire to see Sierra Leone progress in all spheres - political, religious, social and economical among other aspects of development.
The brand new organisation that would be formally launched by mid January has, as it motto: â€œDevelopment is a mustâ€.
The death rate at the hospital, especially in the past few days is very alarming, to say the least. And the most worrying thing is the fact that people are currently dying in the hospital not out of incurable diseases, but out of negligence of the health workers at the hospital.

She maintained that phase one of the BRACE project succeeded in promoting agricultural activities in the Kunike and Kunike Barina chiefdoms. He further said the said Le60M was just a part payment of a total of Le200M that was to be paid by Philo Jones to the community, adding that the issue of developing the York community was paramount to individual interests. He recalled an incident following the payment of the first tranche payment of Le60M which climaxed in a serious dispute between two groups resulting to serious injury of one person in the community.
